Unspoken Prayers

Many of us think of prayer as a spoken plea (usually given on our knees with bowed head) to God. But prayer is so much more than this traditional model. In fact, you probably, and unknowingly, pray constantly throughout the day. These are called unspoken prayers, and they are just as effective and powerful as are the spoken kind.

Unspoken prayers are any thoughts, desires, needs that you have throughout the day. These unspoken prayers go straight to Source, who immediately starts working on the fulfillment of your desires.

So the next time that you have a desire or yearning for something (which, if you’re like most people, is all the time), start expecting that the answer is on its way. Then start watching for the mystical sign posts that will inevitably (if you pay attention) lead you to fulfillment of your desires.

After you experience a few almost immediate answers to your unspoken prayers, you will feel such an awe-inspiring connection to your Source. You will know that you are never alone. You will know that Source is ever-responsive to all of your needs and desires, no matter how small they might be. You will know that the Kingdom of God is, indeed, within you.

Ask and it is Given: Book Review

Ask & It Is Given

Ask and it is Given: Learning to Manifest your Desires. Esther and Jerry Hicks (the Teachings of Abraham). California: Hay House, 2004. 311 pp

Ask and it is Given is a unique book being written, as it were, by nonphysical entities who collectively call themselves “Abraham.” For more than twenty years, Abraham has been channeling spiritual messages through Esther Hicks.

The teachings of Abraham/Hicks mostly concern the power of attraction. According to their teaching, God does not give us, nor deny us, anything. We, by the power of our own thoughts and emotions, attract to us that which claims the majority of our thoughts. For instance, if you constantly think about your lack of money, you will continually experience financial lack because your lack is where you are putting your attention.

If you have financial problems, you probably pray something like this: “Dear Heavenly Father, please send me money to pay my bills and feed my children. We never have enough money dear Lord. I am so scared. When will I get a break from these financial problems? We are on the brink of bankruptcy. Please HELP!!!”

Do you know what you just prayed? You just prayed for more financial problems. Why? Because there is no such thing as exclusion in the law of attraction. Everything that you notice, even if it is something that you do not want, is included in your vibration that will attract more of what you don’t want.

The answer, then, is to only focus on what you do want. And just how do you do that? By reading Ask and it is Given, of course.

This book is a great, easy to understand, and inspirational read. It explains every aspect of the law of attraction in depth. But it does something even more valuable to help you attract that which you desire. Ask  and it is Given includes 22 powerful, easy to practice processes that you can use immediately to start manifesting your every desire.

If you not only want to learn about the law of attraction but also want to learn how to use it to achieve your every dream, this is the only book you’ll need. Buy it today, try some of the 22 powerful processes lovingly given to you by Abraham/Hicks, and co-create the life of your dreams.

Then write me and tell me how Ask and it is Given changed your life. I would love to hear about it!
